Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
4 Tbsp. frozen OJ concentrate
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. olive oil
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt & pepper
cilantro, chopped
green onions, chopped
Directions:
- In a skillet, heat butter in olive oil over medium heat, add chicken, salt, and pepper to taste, and brown for several minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine honey, OJ, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Add honey mix to chicken, then cook for several more minutes, coating the chicken with sauce.
- When serving, spoon sauce over chicken, and garnish with cilantro and green onions. Don't skip on the garnish, because it really adds a lot to the taste.
I served it with boiled squash and asparagus.
