This may be a little hard to read, but I scanned it instead of typing it since I'm lazy. It's basically an Asian stir-fry dish, and I served it over rice. You can find hoison sauce in the Asian section of wal-mart or your grocery store. I could drink that stuff.
I cooked this several weeks ago and it was SO GOOD. Just be sure you have everything ready before you start, because the pan will be very hot and will burn stuff fast if you don't stay on top of it and cook things for the right time. This doesn't take long once you start the cooking part, but you don't want to have a crying kid hanging on your knees like I did.
