1- pork roast
1- can of rootbeer
2- tbs. minced garlic
1- bottle of barbeque sauce (I just use Kraft original...)
Salt and pepper the pork. Place in crock pot. Pour can of root beer in. Add the garlic. Cook on low for 7 hours. Take meat out and shred it. Pour in the barbeque sauce. Add the meat and simmer for another hour. DELICIOUS!!!
