Cooking Tip: Onions

So I learned a cooking tip from my friend Maurine, and it has been such a time and energy saver that I thought it deserved its own post.

When recipes call for chopped onion, use frozen chopped onions! You can buy them in bags in the freezer section. I can't tell you how much I love not having to buy and chop fresh onions!

I use the frozen chopped bell peppers, too. You don't have to worry about keeping fresh bell pepper and/or having them "go bad" before using them.
